I have always had this dream of creating food that makes people happy, something to challenge their senses, and keeps them craving more. Alijandro’s Kitchen is that dream, and the legacy I want to share with you.

Story
Our story is about Alijandro’s journey around the 15th/ 16th century starting in the Middle-East. What started out as a young mans journey to find adventure and his place in the world, became an epic tale of passion, love, and culinary curiosity. His journey had a profound impact on many popular cuisines over three continents.
Alijandro’s Kitchen is his legacy and his story.

Collaborating with you, our team will leverage our brand assets to develop a design suited to any space; ensuring your Alijandro’s franchise captivates and offers a cohesive and positive customer experience.
Training & Support
We provide an extensive two week in-store training program for new franchisees and their management team at one of Alijandro’s corporate stores. Two weeks of staff training begins during a franchisee’s soft launch at the franchisee’s location, two weeks prior to grand opening. Our Franchise Trainers also present and provide launch support for two weeks post-grand opening, at which point the restaurant is assigned a Regional Business Coach for dedicated ongoing support.
Once you become an Alijandro’s Kitchen franchise owner, our team is here to support you with every aspect of operating your franchise business. We provide support in the areas of Real Estate, Construction, Training, Marketing, Operations, and Purchasing.

We believe the only way to become the best at something, is to commit to excellence with laser guided focus. Gone are the days of pages upon pages of menu, uncontrollable waste, and back breaking payroll.
We put a lot of attention and detail into every nuance of the products we serve:
• Each Fawaffle is hand-rolled and baked fresh.
• Our dough is Gluten-free and vegan and uses just 32, all-natural ingredients
• All of our sauces, toppings, proteins, and seasonings are made from scratch.
• All of our menu items are hand crafted to perfection using our unique system. Consistency and efficiency are the by-products of this system and the key to our success.
We have invested everything into creating this core menu with such diverse flavors, dietary inclusive, and most importantly… lots of love. Best of all, it is completely customizable with thousands of possible combinations, out of an itty-bitty footprint and a handful of manageable products.
We have designed a simple menu with options for everyone.
We offer gluten-free, vegan, halal options as much as the flavorful beef and chicken options. We allow customers to make substitutions and customize their order with fillings, toppings and sauces.

"I tried their Al Pastor Chicken Tacos with extra avocado at the Ontario College Information Fair and I was mindblown. The truck had quite a line eagerly awaiting to order. The service was a bit slow but it was worth the wait. The chicken had a lot of flavor and their zesty garlic cream was the cherry on top for a glorious set of tacos. The truck staff was cheerful, patient and accomodating. I also liked that they used what seemed to be very thin pitas instead of tortillas for the tacos. This kept them from falling apart and made the meal quite filling."

"We got to enjoy this DELICIOUS food at the Burlington Food Truck festival - oh my it was great! The flavour combinations are mouthwatering, not too spicy and had me ordering extras (even though the portions were fairly generous)."

"This place is officially becoming one of my favorite spot in Mississauga! Their signature box is so delicious I love the crunchy chickpeas on top! Every time I go there's staff is also super warm and really friendly. My boyfriend and I went to get dinner and the staff there gave us recommendations for what to order and we were able to get our food ASAP. There are garlic and cilantro sauce is AMAZING, I could eat it forever! It's clear that they make their food with love and I would recommend this restaurant to anybody!!"
